Life can be hard. Really hard. Some days feel like a constant battle - full of challenges, tough decisions, and responsibilities that just don’t let up. Maybe you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or just... not okay. If you’ve found yourself here, looking for support, that means you’ve already taken a brave step—and that takes strength and courage.
You don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
I’m here to help you work through whatever you’re facing—whether it’s stress, tough emotions, or just needing a space to figure things out. In our time together, you’ll have a calm, comfortable space where you can talk freely, be heard, and feel supported without judgement. I’m just someone who gets it and wants to help.
You already have strength within you. Let’s find that strength again, and discover your identity, your purpose, and the healing you are seeking.
Your story is yours alone; beautifully unique and deeply valuable.
ARISE:
to be built up,
to establish,
to cause to stand,
to move upward
You are called to ARISE—
to embrace help, encounter healing, and experience hope.

I love working with adolescents (ages 11+), young adults, and families. My goal is to create a space where each person feels valued, supported, and truly seen as they work toward healing and growth.
I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The King’s University. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in healthcare for many years. I have Bachelor's degrees in both Biology and Nursing, and spent time as both a Labor & Delivery and OB/Gyn nurse. In addition, I also earned a Master’s degree in Nursing and worked as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, serving in an STD clinic at a Crisis Pregnancy Center.
I’ve been married to my best friend for nearly 30 years, and together we have four amazing daughters who have shaped me in countless ways.
In my therapeutic work, I am EMDR Trained and use a variety of approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including CBT, DBT, Existential Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
My passion is to help you live the life you were created for - a life of meaning and purpose. I want you to experience freedom from guilt, shame, worthlessness, anxiety, depression, and worry.
Thank you for taking this first step toward your healing. I’d be honored to walk with you on this journey and support you every step of the way.
